How big of a voucher can I get?

It is up to the merchant to determine how large a voucher amount they want to offer you. You can potentially receive a voucher for up to 100% of the purchase price of goods or services up to $7,000 on a single voucher. You may be issued up to 3 vouchers, so your vouchers could total $21,000.

Can I get a rebate on other purchases?

Yes, since you can get up to 3 vouchers, why not get rebates on your other major purchases? If you are in the market for other products and services, before you buy, tell your merchant about our program and we will work with them to offer the rebate program to you. If you would like help finding participating merchants for things you want to buy, drop us an email and let us know what product you are interested in and where you live. Is the rebate taxable? - No. According to the IRS Website:

"A cash rebate you receive from a dealer or manufacturer of an item that you buy is NOT income." - See www.irs.gov/individuals for yourself. *There may be certain situations where some taxpayers may be required to pay a tax on rebates so you will need to consult with your tax advisor to see if taxes will apply to you and your situation.

Is the rebate transferable? - No.

Can I make the rebate voucher out to someone else or to two people?

No, it is only payable to one person who is named on the original purchase invoice and on the voucher. However, merchants may split the rebate amount and issue multiple vouchers made out to two different people on a single purchase, but both need to be named on the invoice and be bona fide customers who indeed paid for and received the product or service.

If I sell the product before the 4 years, do I get the rebate?

Yes. Once purchased and invoiced, just follow the terms. You may not have returned the goods within 12 months of purchase.

What if I move? - That's fine, just let the Fund Administrator know.

The voucher moves with you no matter where you go. Just follow the terms, which includes notifying the Administrator of your new address (simply write them a letter stating your name, voucher ID, old address and new address).

When do I get my cash back?

After sending in your initial registration, you can claim your rebate in 47 months. The Fund Administrator will even send you a reminder letter at approximately 23 months into the program. Since funds and claims are dealt with in monthly groups, be aware that the Fund Administrator must process all claims for that month prior to cutting checks to valid claimants. This can take several weeks after the end of the calendar month, so if you make a valid claim in the beginning of a month you may not get your cashable check for 6-8 weeks.
